Retention periods
Contact enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable follow-up. Operational and legal records are kept for the period required by law, then securely deleted.
Access, export & deletion
You can request a copy of your data, its correction, export or deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We verify the request and respond within a reasonable period.
Account deletion
For product accounts, deletion removes personal data associated with the account, subject to records we must retain by law.
