Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid services and products provided by "RAVSHANOV DIGITAL" MCHJ. Where a signed service agreement exists, its specific terms take precedence over this general policy.

2. Custom development

Custom software and project work is delivered in agreed milestones. Fees for work already performed and accepted are generally non-refundable, as they reflect delivered effort and results.

3. Subscriptions

For subscription products, you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Unless required by law, partial periods already started are not refunded.

4. Requesting a refund

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order details within the period defined in your agreement. Eligible requests are reviewed and processed in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
